The following roads are experiencing issues due to the heavy rainfall:
Mathis Airport Road/Bagley Road area
Tidwell Road
Tidwell Circle
Concord Road on the Oak Grove side
Windy Hill
Settingdown Road
Nicholson Road just North of intersection with Old Federal Road
Windermere Park is currently closed.
Forsyth County EMA reminds residents to drive with caution and turn around when encountering standing water. Barricades that have been put in place in certain locations are there for the safety of the motoring public – do not attempt to go around these barricades.
