Operation One Voice receives a donation of 11 bicycles at Cycle Works in Duluth April 29. These bikes will go to wounded special forces soldiers who will use them on their road to recovery. Duluth Police Lt. Bill Stevens took four bikes to Ft. Bragg in North Carolina, while the other seven will be shipped to troops in Washington.
